Waste Scan

Tablet for
controlling access
and recording
disposals at municipal
recycling centres

Access control
has never been
so convenient

Waste Scan 3000 is a system that uses a tablet
to control access and record waste disposals at
recycling centres.
Thanks to the handheld tablet, the operator
can freely move around inside the recycling centre,
checking authorized users and at the same time
monitoring all waste disposals.

The architecture consists of a tablet that is in
constant communication with a fixed unit (the base station),
equipped with a magnetic stripe reader and a built-in
Wi-Fi access point.
The base station is installed at the entrance of the recycling
centre and requires only a 220V power supply plug-in.

The ideal solution
for small and medium sized
municipal facilities

With a Waste Scan 3000 system, small and medium-sized
municipal recycling centres can be entirely managed by a single
operator, who is able to supervise access to the facility as well
as the disposal activities, with significant savings on running costs.

At the end of each working session, or at established intervals,
the system transmits all the recorded data to the service centre,
which makes it available in real time to the municipality
and to the company operating the facility.

Easy, lightweight and with a battery lasting 8–10 hours,
Waste Scan 3000 is the ideal solution for containing
the costs of installing and managing municipal recycling centres
and recycling banks.
